My Order Has Not Yet Shipped
If an order is placed with the wrong shipping address, the address can be changed at no additional cost only if the package has not yet shipped. Please contact customer service and provide the correct address. We’ll confirm the changed once made.
My Order Has Already Shipped
Orders using Standard or Expedited Shipping can be intercepted if customer service is notified 2 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date posted on the shipment tracking information. This may not be possible for your shipment, as transit time can be quicker than 2 business days. For shipments requiring interception, we reserve the right to charge the customer change-of-address or shipment cancellation fees. For most shipments, the change-of-address or shipment cancellation fee is $12. Changes will most likely result in delayed delivery, depending on final destination.
We cannot make modifications to shipments using the Economy Shipping option. If this is the case for you, then your order will be delivered to the address specified at the time of shipment. Unfortunately, neither cancellation nor change-of-address are options for Economy Shipping.
In regards to shipments using Rush Shipping, due to the expediency of this shipping option, it is unlikely that the carrier will be able to execute a change of address or cancellation.
